Artz N’ Motion Barre is a group class combining dance, fitness and specific muscle groups (that are also used in aerials!) through focused attention and repetition using music. This 55 minute class will take you through multiple songs that each focus on toning different muscle groups in a new way grounded in dance and fitness!
You can take this class in partnership with your current aerials classes or as a stand alone class. No experience needed, and we will guide you through beginner, advanced or modified movements based on your specific goals. Can’t wait to see you at the barre!
Marissa has been enjoying music and dance in a variety of ways and spaces for many years. She is thrilled to bring barre to Artz N Motion to empower others through meaningful movement, a supportive community, and music from all genres!
